Study: Climate change has intensified extreme July heat in northern Europe
The extreme heat in Sweden, Norway, and Finland in July was two degrees warmer than it would have been in a world without climate change. This is the result of a new attribution study. Comparable heat waves are likely to occur even more frequently in the region in the future.
