NDC: Norway's climate plan for 2035 still without final net zero target

Following parliamentary approval, Norway has submitted its climate plan for 2035 to the UN. Emissions are to be reduced by 70 to 75 percent by 2035, with utilizing Article 6. However, the oil and gas producing country has not set itself a net zero target.
