Traffic and buildings: Why the German government is getting sued again

EU regulations stipulate that Germany must reduce its emissions by half by 2030 compared to 2005, particularly in the transport and buildings sectors – but it is far from achieving this. Environmental Action Germany has filed a complaint and calls for urgent, immediate measures, including a speed limit.
