Colombia: How Germany supports climate action and the fossil fuel phase-out

Colombia, the host of the UN Biodiversity Summit COP16 in mid-October, intends to completely phase out the fossil fuel industry despite its tight budget. Germany is supporting the country in this endeavor. Hopes are high.
