DSA: EU Commission accuses Temu of not doing enough to crack down on illegal products

The EU Commission accuses Temu of violating the Digital Services Act (DSA). According to preliminary findings, the Chinese platform does not properly assess the risks of distributing illegal products on its marketplace.
