CO2 fleet limits: MEPs bring earlier review into play

Transport politician Jens Gieseke (CDU) wants to know in a written question whether the Commission intends to bring forward the review of the CO2 fleet legislation. The manufacturers' lobby association, ACEA, had considered asking the Commission to stop penalties amounting to €15 billion for 2025 by means of an emergency article.
