New Conscription Bill: How Parliament Deadlock Is to Be Prevented

A new draft of the Conscription Modernization Act sets a deadline for the Bundestag to respond to a government ordinance on mandatory conscription. The aim is to prevent parliament from blocking a decision through inaction.
