Shake up in China's military

Xi Jinping has unexpectedly replaced the leadership of the important Rocket Force. There are two main theories about the reasons. More important, however, are the consequences – for Xi Jinping's position of power, the orientation of the Chinese military and ultimately for Taiwan and the United States.
