Frozen EU funds: Magyar and Von der Leyen are moving towards an agreement

Péter Magyar, the new Hungarian prime minister, is expected to travel to Brussels on Thursday to secure the EU funds that were withheld under Viktor Orbán. The way is not yet clear for him to receive the green light, but both sides are working hard to find a solution.
