Trump appoints US special envoy for Ukraine and Russia

Keith Kellogg was, among other things, security advisor to former Vice-President Mike Pence. In the future US administration, he is likely to play a central role in Donald Trump's plan to quickly end the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine.
