Public procurement directive: Employees demonstrate for collective bargaining clause

Several hundred employees from the service sector have demonstrated in Brussels in favor of a collective bargaining regulation in the EU Public Procurement Directive. Among them were service workers who work in European institutions via outsourced service providers.
