New proposal: Council Presidency wants to save CSDDD, Buschmann waves it off

The Belgian Council Presidency has not yet given up on the EU supply chain law: With a new compromise proposal, it is trying to reach an agreement after all. Among other things, the proposal would significantly limit the scope of the law. However, Federal Minister of Justice Buschmann is sticking to his rejection.
