Land Act likely to clear next hurdle

On Wednesday, the EU Parliament is expected to vote in favor of the planned EU law on soil monitoring. The German Farmers' Association (DBV) wants to stop the law. Environmentalists see the proposal as unambitious, but agree with the DBV on one point.
