The USA had initiated the shuttle diplomacy with a view to a ceasefire and now had a duty, said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas at a meeting in the Weimar+ format in Madrid. Washington must exert pressure on Russia to agree to a ceasefire.
