Industry subsidies: Germany presents first climate protection contracts

Germany will fund 15 decarbonization projects in energy-intensive industries. Economy Minister Robert Habeck wants to keep jobs in the country while establishing new technologies, which is how he justifies the high subsidies for saved emissions.
