European Commission: Revise the Energy Charter first, then leave

Shortly before the end of the legislative period, the Commission attempts to resolve a dispute over reform or withdrawal from the Energy Charter Treaty. Both are now to be made possible. Investor protection should no longer hinder climate policy.
