EGC ruling: Whistleblowers in the European Parliament should have been protected

The European General Court (EGC) has ordered the European Parliament to pay €10,000 in compensation to a former parliamentary assistant. The APA had provided information about misconduct by a Member of Parliament and demanded protection status as a whistleblower.
