Digital Europe: EU to improve digital defense capabilities

Digital technologies offer Europe the opportunity to expand its defense capabilities and respond more quickly to threats, says the lobby group Digital Europe. It also proposes spending 25 percent of EU and NATO funds on digital technologies.
