Council: No decisions on Spain’s regional languages or Hungary Article 7 proceedings.

Spanish, Basque and Galician will not become official EU languages for now. The General Affairs Council wants to clarify legal and financial issues before making a decision. Meanwhile, another hearing was held regarding the Article 7 procedure against Hungary.
