Auto emissions targets: German government seeks further concessions for manufacturers

The German coalition committee has agreed on a joint position regarding the automotive package. The Social Democrats are making far-reaching concessions to the CDU/CSU and automakers. In the European Parliament, the German SPD group has already expressed reservations.
