2040 climate target: Ministers decide on Article 6

On Tuesday, the EU environment ministers will discuss the climate target for 2040 and their position on the 90% greenhouse gas reduction target. Even though the majority of the text is unanimous, there are still unresolved political issues that the ministers need to clarify.
