Wissing: 'We don't need billion-euro funds for selected sectors'

Better protection of infrastructure and greater competitiveness were key topics for Volker Wissing at the Telecommunications Council in Brussels. The Digital Minister is calling for more intensive cooperation in Europe and expects to be able to continue the digital dialog with the USA.
