Mercosur: Europeans resign

The planned free trade agreement with the Mercosur states has failed for the time being. EU Trade Commissioner Dombrovskis and his team gave up their attempts to save the agreement on Monday morning. France's President Macron's "no" and the change of government in Argentina scuppered the plans.
