Budget controller: Commission to monitor NGOs more closely

The Commission should monitor NGOs that receive EU funds more strictly and report more transparently on their funding. This is demanded by a resolution that MEP Markus Pieper (CDU) will present at the next meeting of the Budgetary Control Committee. Opposition is already forming.
