Report: A quarter of ‘carbon bombs’ financed by EU companies

According to a new report by CAN Europe, Friends of the Earth and other NGOs, a quarter of the world's largest fossil fuel extraction projects are operated or financed by EU companies and banks. The alliance is calling for mandatory climate transition plans as part of the EU's due diligence law.

Suspected corruption: Portugal's head of government Costa resigns
