The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) continues to struggle to agree on a timeline for its Assessment Reports. At the 64th plenary session in Bangkok, member states’ positions remained entrenched. Progress has been made on the budget, which is under significant pressure following the US withdrawal.
