Expert: lawsuit against halt of LNG terminals in the US 'hard to understand'

Republican states have filed a lawsuit against the US government for halting the approval of new LNG terminals to reassess their climate impacts. Energy economist Claudia Kemfert says the halt could save the US from stranded assets.
