Energy efficiency: BMWE submits watered-down draft bill for consultation with industry associations

The German Ministry of Economic Affairs is presenting a slightly watered-down draft of the Energy Efficiency Act for consultation with industry associations. Critics nevertheless fear that it will cement Germany's dependence on energy imports.
