Representatives of the European Parliament and the Council will meet for trilogue this Thursday evening to make progress in negotiations on the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). The two sides are at odds over the ambition level of the targets and the legally binding nature of the measures.On the agenda of the negotiations are the binding targets for building renovations, energy savings targets and energy efficiency targets, as well as the binding nature of these measures, a parliamentary source told Table.Media.
