G20: What a global billionaire tax could look like

Brazil's proposal for a global billionaire tax is gaining support. On behalf of the Brazilian government, economist Gabriel Zucman has now made an initial proposal as to what the tax could look like in practice. Although there are still some obstacles to overcome, Zucman is optimistic. However, it is still unclear how high the climate benefit would be.
