EU climate policy: COP mandate adopted and ETS-2 adaptation on the way

The EU environment ministers have set their priorities for the UN Climate Change Conference in November – without an NDC. The heads of state and government are to discuss this at the EU summit. The Commission also presented details for the adaptation of ETS 2.
