Uganda's energy transition: renewables, oil, nuclear and foreign support

Uganda has presented its energy transition plan: The government wants to eliminate energy poverty with renewables, an oil pipeline and a nuclear project and ensure a climate-neutral energy supply by 2065. This will require billions, including foreign investment.
