Russia: Xi and Putin speak shortly after Trump's inauguration

Russia and China want to deepen their strategic partnership further. In a video broadcast a few hours after Donald Trump took office, Xi called the Russian president his "dear friend." Putin reaffirmed China's claim to Taiwan, among other things.
