Hong Kong: Foreign diplomats must give reasons for official border crossings in the future

In the future, Chinese authorities will reserve the right to approve the entry of foreign diplomats in Hong Kong into the neighboring province of Guangdong and to Macau. Short-term border crossings will therefore hardly be possible.
