BYD: Volkswagen denies plant takeover by the Chinese carmaker

Volkswagen has denied media reports that BYD is set to acquire part of the Transparent Factory in Dresden. Meanwhile, such an investment could be attractive to Chinese carmakers, as their domestic market is struggling.
