General Brieger: 'We will probably have to restructure if we want to continue living in safety.'

The aim is for Europe to be able to defend itself by the end of the decade, says the general from Austria in an interview with Stephan Israel. The Commission has presented the necessary instruments for this with the ReArm Europe rearmament program.
