Forced labor: How German solar companies in China are forced to procure without Xinjiang precursors

Under new EU regulations and supply chain laws, the solar industry must prove that its supply chain is free of forced labor when sourcing in China. Companies are buying outside Xinjiang – and are now also planning joint ventures in Europe.
