German government: Merz calls for a strong Europe – Wadephul criticizes China
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz promotes a strong Europe in his government statement, but does not explicitly mention China. Previously, Foreign Minister Wadephul had strongly criticized China’s actions in the South China Sea and around Taiwan.
