Ceconomy: Group recommends Chinese takeover of MediaMarkt and Saturn
With the takeover of MediaMarkt and Saturn, the e-commerce group JD intends to make the largest acquisition in its history in Europe. Their parent company is now recommending that its shareholders accept the offer.
