DSA and DMA: supervisor wanted

With the approval of the European Parliament, the Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act passed the final hurdle in the legislative process yesterday. This marks the end of the days when the major platforms could be "too big to care," announced Commissioner for the Internal Market Breton. But for that to happen, the new rules will have to be enforced effectively. How the Commission intends to carry out its tasks becomes clearer the day after the parliamentary decision.
