The CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the Bundestag rejects the monitoring of chats without cause, said parliamentary group leader Jens Spahn on Tuesday. Whether the Danish Council Presidency gets its way with its proposal for the CSA Regulation depends on Germany’s approval.
