Use the Gaza Peace Council to advance a two-state solution

The Gaza Board of Peace convened by Donald Trump has been widely criticized. However, it has also been endorsed by the United Nations (UN) and should therefore be used by the EU to advance a two-state solution, writes an analyst from the Center for International Peace Operations (ZIF).
