Hybrid attacks: German Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance prepares local governments with new scenario planning

Hybrid attacks are not always immediately recognizable as such. To help local authorities in Germany improve their preparedness, the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance is set to publish a scenario plan in the near future.
