Calviño moves to the top of the EIB

The former Spanish Finance Minister Nadia María Calviño will become the new President of the EU Development Bank EIB. She succeeds Werner Hoyer. Margrethe Vestager, who lost the race to head the bank, is returning to the Commission as Vice-President.

No agreement on emergency instrument
