Russia: Northern Europeans want to lower oil price cap

Several EU states want to further reduce Russia's income from oil trade. In a letter to High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas and Financial Markets Commissioner Maria Luís Albuquerque, they call for the G7 to take action in the coming weeks.
