Minimum Wage Directive: ECJ Advocate General in favor of complete annulment

In his opinion, the Advocate General of the European Court of Justice recommends that the Minimum Wage Directive be declared null and void in its entirety. He sets much tighter limits than expected on the EU's competences in this area.
