Bundesumweltministerin Steffi Lemke Gruene stellte am Donnerstag 12.10.2023 in Berlin einen Entwurf ihres Ministerium zum Umgang mit Woelfen vor. Die Bundesumweltministerin schlaegt die Moeglichkeit von Schnellabschuessen von Woelfen nach Angriffen auf Weidetiere vor. Die Ministerin plaedierte am Donnerstag in Berlin dafuer, dass ein Wolf, der sich im Zeitraum von 21 Tagen nach einem ersten Riss im Umkreis von 1.000 Metern von der Rissstelle aufhaelt, ohne viel Buerokratie geschossen werden darf. Dieses Vorgehen sei erfolgversprechend, weil ein Wolf haeufig zur selben Weide zurueckkehre. Climate in Numbers: Norway completes 'Northern Lights' CCS project

Norway has completed the "Northern Lights" CCS project. Starting next year, it is expected to store up to 1.5 million tons of CO2, including from European industry. However, if the demand is sufficient, it is expected to be able to store larger quantities in the future.
