Serbia is said to have granted citizenship to Russians close to Putin, allowing them visa-free entry into the EU. According to the exiled Russian media outlet Vazhnye Istorii, 204 Russians have been granted Serbian passports since 2022 without having to surrender their Russian passports. The medium names these individuals and their functions.
