Rwanda: German human rights commissioner calls for a clearer stance

Lars Castellucci, the German government’s commissioner for human rights policy and humanitarian assistance, wants preparations for possible deportations to Rwanda to be halted immediately. Following his trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Social Democrat politician called for cooperation with Rwanda to be reassessed.
