Many companies consider decarbonization a strategic priority

A recent survey reveals that 41 percent of companies see decarbonization and ESG issues as strategic priorities – putting the issue in third place behind revenue and profit. However, due to the poor economy, a slight majority of companies want to limit their investments in decarbonization.

EVs: Boom in China and the US, stagnation in Europe

E-cars broke new sales records in most countries in the first quarter of 2025. While the markets in China, the USA and the UK grew strongly in 2024 in some cases, sales stagnated or declined in key EU countries, according to a new report by the International Energy Agency (IEA).
